First snow in Georgetown

It snowed in Washington on Thursday, unusually early for mid-November when we’re still hypothetically enjoying autumn. I worked from my apartment that morning, as the roads had something like a quarter inch of accumulation and slush on them. It was good to look out my window and see snow on the pavement.
